I cannot understand the negative reviews.

I came with two herniated discs and spinal stenosis, with symptoms of a numb left leg. Yes, you may need a little patience in the waiting room.

Dr. Fischer was very friendly, examined me thoroughly, immediately prescribed an orthosis and a TENS device, and suggested injections. I have received 2 injections so far and the numbness in my leg is completely gone.

The injections were placed under imaging guidance and he was so quick that it was very well tolerable.

I was also prescribed rehab sports. The front desk staff were equally friendly. For me, a wonderful and thoroughly competent physician.

Dr. Kasem Rami helped me finally get rid of my pain. I have never felt so understood and in good hands with anyone as with him.

He listens, takes his time, and understands exactly what you are going through. Thanks to his help, I can breathe freely again, move, and enjoy life.

I am endlessly grateful to him — without him I would never have found real help. I warmly recommend him to anyone suffering from pain.

Regarding Dr. Fischer: absolutely competent, he takes time for his patients. First, the symptoms are discussed and various tests conducted without any time pressure. Then the necessary treatment plan is explained in detail.
